Each license type is tailored to a specific role and scope of work: Requirements Manager covers RM, Agile, Dashboard, Reporting, actana Standard, and Bug Management; Test Manager covers the same set with TM instead of RM; All-in-One combines both for full ALM coverage; and Test Runner/DEV is a lighter license focused on test execution with read-only Agile and Dashboard access.

Do I need to purchase licenses for every additional user?

No! Guest licenses, allowing users to view requirements, execute test cases, and create defects, are included in every plan at no additional charge. For users who need to create test cases, configure the system, or access advanced features, a paid license is required.
