How does pricing work?

We provide flexible monthly annual, and multi-year subscriptions all of which include the core aqua product, aqua Capture, and continuous support. The price is calculated together with a client to fit their specific use-case.

What types of licenses does aqua offer?

We provide a variety of license types designed to cover all the use-case configurations: Pro licenses provide full feature access and full editing and configuration capabilities while the Basic licenses are designed for infrequent/temporary users and provide mostly read-only access. There are also Named and Floating license types that are linked to specific accounts or can be accessed by multiple users correspondingly.

Do I need to purchase licenses for every additional user?

No you don’t! Basic Licenses, allowing users to view requirements, execute test cases, and create defects, are available at no additional charge. For users who need to create test cases, configure the system, or access other advanced features, a paid License will be required. Please note, however, that Basic Licenses are only available as add-ons to any paid license package.
